Heads Up
You Don't Need Everything to Apply

Not every applicant will have every document listed. Apply with what you have. Missing items may limit which service categories you can support initially, but do not automatically disqualify your application.

All submitted documents are handled confidentially and used only for contractor onboarding and qualification purposes. Your information will not be sold, shared for marketing, or disclosed to third parties outside of required business operations.

If your commission is in a different state, or if your qualifications fall outside the standard categories, feel free to note that in your application. We work with a variety of credential types and situations.

Compliance Notice — Please Read
Scope of Contractor Authority

Uptown Notary & Signing Co., LLC does not provide legal advice and does not authorize its contractors to provide legal advice, select notarial certificates on behalf of clients, prepare legal documents, or instruct signers how to complete their legal documents. All contractors are expected to operate strictly within the scope of their notarial commission and applicable state law. If a signer or client requests legal guidance, contractors must clearly communicate that such guidance is outside the scope of notary services and direct the client to a licensed attorney. Failure to comply with these standards is grounds for immediate removal from the contractor network.
