Client Service Agreement

1. Scope of Services

UNSC agrees to perform the notarial act(s) and/or signing agent services as agreed in compliance with Texas Government Code Chapter 406 and all applicable federal and state laws.

2. Identification Requirement

Client must present valid, unexpired, government-issued photo identification. Acceptable forms include Driver's License, State ID, U.S. Passport, Military ID, or Permanent Resident Card. UNSC reserves the right to refuse service if satisfactory identification cannot be provided.

3. Documents Must Be Unsigned

All documents presented for notarization must be UNSIGNED at the time of the appointment. UNSC will not notarize any document that has been previously signed.

4. No Legal Advice

UNSC does not provide legal advice. Questions about the legal effect, content, or sufficiency of any document must be directed to a licensed attorney.

5. Fees & Payment — Including Mobile Concierge & Late-Night Fee Policy

Mobile Concierge Travel Fee: Invoiced in advance. Must be paid in full before the appointment is confirmed. Non-refundable except when no-show is caused solely by UNSC. If the Client cancels or changes the appointment after the notary has already begun the route, the full travel fee is forfeited.

Late-Night Booking Fee: Appointments between 8:00 PM and 7:59 AM are subject to a $30 late-night fee, invoiced in advance, non-refundable under the same terms as the standard cancellation policy.

Returned checks are subject to a $35 fee.

6. Cancellation

Cancellations less than 2 hours before a scheduled appointment may result in a $25 cancellation fee. Mobile appointments cancelled after departure are subject to the full travel fee. See the Cancellation Policy for complete details.

7. Confidentiality

UNSC will maintain the confidentiality of all information related to Client's documents and transactions in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Texas law.
