What to Expect
at Your Appointment

Arrive or Schedule

Walk in during business hours or book your appointment online to skip any wait. Scheduled appointments are seen first.

Document Review

We'll review your documents to confirm they are complete, properly formatted, and notarization-ready. We'll advise you of any issues before proceeding.

Identity Verification

Each signer presents a valid, government-issued photo ID. We verify identity as required by Texas notary law.

Signing and Sealing

You sign in front of the notary. We apply the official notarial seal and complete the journal entry as required by law.

Done

Most appointments take 10–20 minutes. You leave with your fully notarized documents, ready for submission.

Pricing

In-Office Notarization Rates

Texas law caps the notary fee at $10 per notarization. Every notarial act is priced individually — we do not offer bundle rates. You pay per notarization, and each additional signer on the same document is $1.
